Day 2 scale

Day 2 - Sissy's scale
OK this is a little bit better... confirmed 206 on my sister's scale today, a little bit hard to read. We just got back from a long walk, about an hour and 15 min. ... so on her scale I have " ONLY " 31 pounds to go. I still need to check and see what the "gold standard" scale says at the Y. Even if walking doesn't really help me lose weight, it will ( 1) help me de-stress and (2) be good for my heart. I need to get a new battery for my pedometer so I can track exactly how far I walked. I'm guessing about 4 miles.

WHR

OK so I did the WHR, not good, but I'm not sure if I measured in the "right" place, but whatever close enough....

So I need to get down to below 35 on my waist to not be considered a "high-risk" waistline

39.5 W, 46 H so that comes out to .85

Results:
You have a waist to hip ratio of 0.85. The information you entered: Sex = Female, waist = 39 inches and hip = 46 inches.
Your shape puts you at increased risk of coronary heart disease, diabetes and stroke. Frequently referred to as apple shape, you tend to keep fat at your midsection and less on your hips. Your body converts this upper body fat to energy whenever your body runs short. This raises cholesterol and blood pressure.
